I was born a psychic and medium in 1971 in Anaheim, California. We lived in Long Beach. My abilities present as existing in the Land of the Dead and Land of the Living simultaneously. In other words, it's like having two screens in my head and seeing both places at once my entire life. I was fortunate to be born into a family that belongs to a historically documented anthropological shamanic from Ireland called "The People of the Cures". An ethnic group from ancient times with sacred symbols and ways that still encourages the practices of dowsing, mediumship, curing illnesses using energy/energy work, animal communication such as 'horse whispering' and second sight. We have an ancient book with our symbols in it on the National Historic Register. It's been viewed by many experts over the years, researched and validated. I was brought up within this group to practice our ancestral ways while also going to church and being part of a larger community that accepted us. My grandparents and relatives were wonderful teachers. We believe our gifts belong to God and our practices from love. 

Just like today in ancient times our practices were used to help people find what they needed. Like many shamanic cultures, we use our gifts to help people find and talk to loved ones on the other side, find answers to life's many issues, locate necessities like food, water and shelter, cure illnesses and prepare for the future. I was fortunate to have not only my grandparents and family tradition but also teachers of ancient ways such as George Shadwick of traditional Welsh cunning folk tradition while at WIU, Macomb, IL and Dolores Youngquist, of Peruvian Shamanic lineage and the owner of Davenport, IA's first bookstore of it's kind, RA New Age Source. I studied under both these teachers while attending college and while home in the Quad Cities. I would also like to mention Selena Fox, one of the most important figures in Earth Traditions in the US as well as a profound human and woman's rights activist, who gave me wonderful advice when I needed it most before I finished school and who remains a friend.  

While in college I lost the first love of my life, Ruthie, who was a great human being and also the campus tarot reader.  She has been a guide often. Her presence after her death and since, my grief and my desire to help others inspired me to find a way to make my life about service. Since her death I have often had psychics and mediums visit me and often ask who the young woman is next to me drawing. That's Ruthie! We were both art students working towards being art teachers. I still use her tarot deck and always invite her to help. It was after her death that I started doing readings on campus regularly and have been offering them either part time or now full time since 1989.

After Ruth's death I was devastated.  I wanted to help people. I ended up joining the Franciscans through the diocese in the Quad Cities for a short time but was not fulfilled. My grandmother and Delores told me, separately without connection, that I would meet my teacher soon and gave me the same advice. A few short years later after much waiting and patience I met my Sufi Master. Sufis are Mystics whose goal is to dissolve their egos and join directly with the Divine in order to be of service to humankind. In origin they are a pre Judaic shamanic path and include many traditions. Mine included Ananda Marga, a famous order in India devoted to Selfless Service while my teacher was of Jewish heritage and the lineage having roots in the Mevlevi order. The same order famous for the Poet Rumi and Whirling Dervishes. Our particular branch is of service through humanitarian projects, helping those in need, managing an organic community farm, practicing and teaching sustainability and the practice of being present, connected and in service to the Divine in order to help others. This includes my training in spiritual counseling and honing my psychic and mediumship gifts. I completed the traditional 9 years of training and am still involved with my Order while receiving continuing education.

In 2011 I had an allergic reaction to azithromycin (Z-Pak) and died in a hospital in Naperville, IL. They couldn't find what was wrong. They told me I was going to die, and I did. I had a profound experience in my death. I met God and was told to work more in my gift. and where to be. It was an amazing experience to watch the power of manifestation as I followed God's instruction. While I am always here in the land of the living and simultaneously in the land of the Dead, this experience profoundly broadened and enhanced my abilities. Due to that experience my medium abilities are always 'on' 24/7.  I did not come back the same. There was a miracle when I came back, as I should not have been able to in that circumstance, and I am happy to tell you about it if you ask. I was allowed to come back under a specific arrangement, part of which is to help you through my gift of mediumship. 

Since that event I have been featured in books by authors such as New York Times author Ashley Jordan in her book "The Unhappy Achiever" as well as in the works of author Ginger Ring.  I was autheniticated by the University of Illinois' Psychology Department at the university's Allerton Mansion event in 2018.

From starting my spiritual journey with my family as a child to moving to Galena's Main Street a decade ago I have had the opportunity and good fortune to meet and be part of thousands of people's spiritual journey's and awakenings! I am so honored to be part of the lives of my clients and I always not only give 110% but live by the business moniker of my grandfather in his business: Once a client, always a friend. I treat everyone like family and friends and will always give you everything I get from the other side. My own moniker being: I don't just tell you 'what you want to hear', I tell you what you need to know!

I live in Gelena, IL and am the proud father of two children and a wonderful grandchild! 

Additionally, I also have my certification from the Sound Healing Academy run by Tony Nec in the UK and offer sound healing on a weekly basis.
